HDB @ 909C North Woodlands Way

A serene composition of warm Scandinavian minimalism, bespoke oak millwork, tailored cove lighting, and an integrated dry pantry peninsula curated for relaxed contemporary living in Woodlands.

Warm Contemporary Minimalism, Bespoke Oak Carpentry & Seamless Living

Located within UrbanVille @ Woodlands, this newly completed HDB BTO residence at Block 909C North Woodlands Way embodies the understated warmth of modern Japandi and Scandinavian design sensibilities. At the entryway foyer, floor-to-ceiling built-in shoe cabinetry finished in warm blonde oak laminate features an illuminated open niche for everyday essentials, flowing seamlessly into a custom upholstered settee bench with fluted millwork details. In the adjacent living hall, soft neutral walls and warm timber elements create a calm, welcoming haven. A floating media console extends across the entertainment feature wall, accentuated by discreet warm LED cove lighting that casts a soft, glare-free glow above the wall-mounted television and plush reclining lounge.

Designed for effortless hospitality, the culinary space is thoughtfully divided between a dedicated dry pantry and an efficient wet kitchen. The dry zone features a crisp quartz countertop, low-profile storage cabinetry, and a floating wall shelf illuminated by warm linear backlighting—ideal as an everyday coffee bar and breakfast station. In the main kitchen, seamless L-shaped natural woodgrain cabinetry maximizes storage with clean handleless J-pull profiles. Durable composite surfaces, a modern black gas cooker hob with matching chimney hood, integrated oven housing, and continuous under-cabinet task illumination offer culinary ergonomics without compromising the home's cohesive organic palette.

The private quarters continue this harmonious narrative of functional simplicity and comforting tactile warmth. The master bedroom is anchored by an expansive corner built-in wardrobe system in light natural timber, seamlessly transitioning into a custom curved floating vanity desk tucked beside the window for natural daylight. An upholstered headboard with warm bedside reading sconces, sheer window curtains, and soothing blush textiles foster restful rejuvenation. Through the ensuite portal, the master bathroom features full-height glass shower partitions, a contemporary floating wood vanity with circular mirror, and recessed ambient illumination. Completed in thoughtful partnership between LuxCraft and Space Wonder, this UrbanVille home showcases the transformative power of tailored carpentry and balanced spatial design.
